Today grade six went to the Brampton library! It was delightful. We learned how to use the Dewey decimal system to look for books. Our librarian assistant was Galina. She was very kind. At the library we learned how to check out books and even got to use our own library cards! I felt so grown up. The library is a tranquil place; very peaceful! I was filled with joy, being surrounded by all those books! At the library we looked for books on our specific animals. I looked for books on bottle-nose dolphins. They are the cutest, most sweet sea animal ever. At the library you’re allowed to take out up to 50 books! That’s amazing! The library even has computers you can use. They even have DVD’s you can borrow. I had a great time looking for books, learning about the library and checking out books. I hope we can take another visit to the Brampton library soon!
